Thursday June 30th

I read on Facebook today someone's status that read....

"But if anyone causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and be drowned in the depths of the sea!"

Not the words of a mother or father but the words of Jesus Christ! I wonder if the next time I go on a boat trip around Plymouth Sound I will see anyone of those connected to this case who have caused my daughters to lie or have lied using their names they will be seen at the bottom of a the Sound with a heavy weight around their neck!

I am preparing myself for a month from now when the school breaks up for summer holidays. For three years I have been fighting this unjust system and the lies of LC1 and LC2's corruption. I have made it well known that this summer will be the make or break for us all. I do not believe that LC1 will step out of her lies and deceit in fear of the consequences. Her family and her legal team of con merchants would pounce on her if she should dare contemplate doing the right and honest thing as it would expose their evilness.

With that in mind these next few weeks leading up to the end of July will be spent solely on spending the precious time I have with my children and preparing to move away until they are old enough to come and seek the truth. This country is broken beyond repair. I put faith in a government along with many others to be let down and promises made in the past have been broken. LC1 would make a fucking great MP!

Many more children will lose the right to have their father in their lives as they grow up because this country is scared to face up to the fact that the system it has in place now is FUCKED and needs to change! While it allows people like LC2 to do the jobs they are doing and destroy the lives of children because of their own greed and contempt for fathers this country will never be equal and will never offer a decent future.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2010000/Domestic-violence-suspects-banned-home-month-new-powers.html
More proof the world is fucked up! This will give liars like my ex even more excuses to hide behind the system. I have been arrested twice for allegedly assaulting my ex when the plain facts were that I was the one who was assaulted. Even given the fact that on two separate occasions when I was assaulted in front of my children and whilst talking to someone on WEBCAM who saw both assaults I was told to "FORGET IT! by those LC1 is currently hiding behind. It is time for the the law makers of this country to grow some balls!

I said 2011 would be the year for change. it should also be the year that the system hung it's head in shame and in some cases those inside it have a millstone around their necks and be thrown into the sea! This country is no longer a place to be proud to be part of it is place to be ashamed of.

On a happier and lighter note Maria Sharapova made it through to the Wimbledon women's final! I switched a bit of the tennis on earlier and had to turn the volume down. In the other semi final one of the women was either practising for some very noisy sex session later or there was a banshee in the crowd. The noise really is disgustingly pornographic at Wimbledon this year. Surely something could be done to cut that out.

This guy has principles and should be supported through his attempts to make this government take note and keep the pre-election promises it made regarding family law. The farce that is family law needs to change and the more people who are prepared to make a stand like this man the quicker that day will come.

So put that in your fucking reports the next time you have to write one! Yes that is right Judge Shotgun, LC2 and Dr.L I fully support this guy's actions because it is time you lot were put out of business and the needs of our children were put before your careers.

Back at Wimbledon and it looks like Andy Murray comfortably won his way through to a semi-final clash with Nadal! So after the next match he will revert to being Scotland's Andy Murray unless of course he actually beats Nadal. The shock of the round came when Tsonga beat Federer to got through to the semi-finals.

Tuesday June 28th

Many of my Facebook friends and many others who I don't even know are joining up to boycott the London Olympics next year. I am boycotting along with hundreds of others who are doing so in protest of the family Law system that is broken beyond repair. It would be an amazing event to attend but it would be wrong of me to do so in the current climate. The ticketing fiasco has not helped it's cause either. I have not applied for any tickets and I will not be watching any events on TV.

This blog will be a 2012 Olympics free zone!

Today I understand that there is a growing call for a protest outside David Cameron's house and I am not referring to Downing Street! A number of the groups that are campaigning for family law reform have had enough of waiting while nothing happens and are calling for direct protest action. They already have many takers. I know there was a similar protest outside Ken Clarke's house on Father's Day while he was supposedly "out of the country!" This looks like it will be bigger. There is certainly a growing amount of dissatisfaction around the country. On Thursday there is going to be a strike taking place by all the teachers even though the Education Secretary has called for it to be stopped.

I am also reliably informed that many fathers are to begin a hunger strike in protest at the corrupt and broken family law system, beginning on July 10th. Almost a year after my own 79 day hunger strike. Maybe I should sign up and do it with them. Maybe if so many of us do this together the multitude will be far louder than my one voice last year.

The Prime Minister himself has pleaded for public sector workers to call off their strike on Thursday. As he puts it "For the good of the country!" Maybe he should have thought about that before he started going back on his pre-election promises. Maybe he is looking for an all out protest such as is taking place in Greece right now. Will he listen if things escalate like they have in Athens today?

I said right at the start of this year that it was the year for change and that change is happening the whole world over. It is time to make things right again. It is time for governments to listen to the people. it is time for the people to make their voices heard.

There is some good news for consumers today with the hidden card charges to be banned. Having been a "victim" of these charges myself I welcome this change. I have fallen for these hidden charges a few times myself in the past. Wouldn't it be nice to see something advertised at a certain price and you actually end up paying that price when you book. Now when are they going to sort out these trains, planes and hotels etc. who charge you one price if you book months in advance and then hike up the same ticket a matter of weeks or days later! I have never seen the sense or fairness in that!

Back at Wimbledon, with both the Williams sisters out the new favourite to win the women's championship, Maria Sharapova cruised into the semi finals with a 6-1 6-1 win. Now if only she could quit that loud grunting noise!

Plymouth Argyle is on the brink of the long awaited sale. Let us hope with five weeks before the start of the new season that it does not take up any more time and that the club can get sorted out in time.

Ooooooops I forgot to name the recipient of TWAT OF THE WEEK last week. Oh fuck it, let's just say LC2 anyway. While she refuses to accept she is wrong and biased towards to LC1 she is always going to be in the running for the award weekly anyway. She does not even have to do anything overly wrong to get nominated, she does has to refuse to do anything right and that is enough for me! Would love to find out where she lived and organise a protest on her roof! Oooops maybe I should not have said that as it is bound to reflect in her next over elaborated report and conversation with the court appointed psychiatrist!

Monday June 27th

After the glorious day ending in the beautiful sunset yesterday, I wanted to catch the sunrise this morning. Unfortunately after the sunrise the day did not match Sunday's. The fact is that the sunrise was probably the best thing about the day.

As I had been awake through the night and went for my daily walk early in the morning I went back to bed for a while. I woke up in time to catch some of the play at Wimbledon. I watched it on my laptop using the HD feed and I have to say it is a much better picture than even the TV. Although that could be just the novelty factor kicking in. Andy Murray won comfortably enough to go through to the next round in the men's championship. In the women's championship however there were major upsets when both Williams sisters went out within hours of each other. Sharapova remains on course though as she went through to the next round.

Sunday June 26th

Well it was certainly the hottest day of the year so far. I left home at about 11:00am and did not return again until 21:30 or thereabouts. My camera worked overtime today. Cloudless and hot. I started in the city centre and then headed around to the Barbican area. After spending some time there I decided to get the Mountbatten ferry and explore the area there. I did think of getting on one of the pleasure cruises and even toyed with the idea of going over to Cawsands but to be fair on a Sunday the times of boats and buses is not as easy to work out than other days so decided to stay closer to home.

The European Grand Prix was won by Vettel who appears to be running away with the championship this year. I can only hope that the McLarens can muster some kind of fightback for the remainder of the season.

It is the traditional Sunday off for Wimbledon so no tennis to ignore today!

Saturday June 25th

I had the girls from 10.00 as agreed, but I also made clear I would not drop them off until 16:10 to make up for the time my ex picked them up last week. The weather started off muggy and despite favourable weather reports I did expect the dark clouds to drop some rain at one point. The postman delivered our Doctor Who parcel just as I was going to walk up to the corner to meet them so that was good timing.

We spent about half hour going through the new cards and magazines for the website before heading into the City centre. We made for the Hoe where there was a large military gathering to coincide with Armed Forces Day. A band was playing and there were a number of displays and side shows along with a Remembrance service on the Hoe.

After we spent some time there and the girls had had some doughnuts while I settled for a chocolate and banana crepe, we headed for the bowling centre. We had an hour there and during one point my eldest daughter sat in complete disbelief that my youngest managed to get a strike! As it was we all agreed the match was a draw. We had plenty of time to kill and because we have our annual pass for the Aquarium we went to spend the rest of our time there before we headed back for ice cream and then handing over at 16:10.

The weather was warm and at times very hot despite not seeing any sunshine as such, although this evening as I write this I can feel my face slightly hot. Actually I am sitting watching a film and I have the window open to let some cool air in, Trouble is there is no cool air.

Friday June 24th

This morning I was hoping to have woke up in Roscoff after taking an overnight ferry from Plymouth. However, when I went down to book my crossing I was told I could not do so the morning of the sailing! Apparently it is not possible to use my offer I had if I want to book 12 hours before a sailing. They offered to sell me the exact same ticket for £200 more than my offer cost! Something wrong with these people. Then again I have said this often enough on airlines and train fares. If you book three or four months for a seat on a plane of train it would cost you a fraction of the price than if you book closer to the time you need to travel. Air Southwest which is my local airline does this all the time and then they wonder why they are losing business and why people would rather travel up to Exeter Airport. Surely if these travel companies kept the prices to a standard and first / business class fares they would get more business! Or is that just me being sensible?

So instead of croissants and coffee in France I got on a train and headed for Exeter for the day. The previous times I had spent in Exeter were to attend the court hearings as the family law system is warped like that. It insists on a family from PLYMOUTH attending court in EXETER when there is a court in Plymouth!

To be fair Exeter promised so much as I had briefly visited before. I am interested in religious buildings such as Cathedrals as I like to see stained glass windows. Today however the Cathedral was being used for a wedding so I could not get in to have a real good look around. The weather did not exactly help my view of the place either. I ended up just visiting the shops and stopping for lunch and coffees. I did manage to get to the Quayside which I had only previously seen on TV's Bargain Hunt and thought it might be worth a visit. Maybe in the summer sunshine and if I were a drinker it would offer me more. It didn't help that the small amount of stores that were on the quayside were either closed or closing.

Now I did manage to get the highlights of Wimbledon  and I remember when Maria Sharapova first made the headlines and won Wimbledon I (like a many thousands of men) became an instant fan. BUT I don't honestly remember her making as much noise hitting a ball as she did today on her way to defeat young Brit Laura Robson. I put the TV on when I got back from Exeter in the evening and I had to check what I was watching as I thought BBC had a soft porn film on or something with the loud moaning and grunting noise coming from Ms Sharapova. Is that really necessary?

Wednesday June 22nd

Today I received a letter from my solicitor regarding more of the court case and that neither crapcass or trash and co enjoyed reading their Father's day cards I sent! Awwwww my heart bleeds for them! Stop acting like twats and face up to the truth that you are liars and corrupt to the core and I won't have to send them or decorate your walls! Apparently they are worried they may get to read my blog! Well if their mother wants to let them read it then that is her own doing and unfortunately if she scared of what it says about her in showing her for what she really is then there is nothing I can do about it! I have said time and again if they do not want me putting the truth here then they need to stop lying. For the record the girls do not get access to my blog when they are with me, but when they are old enough to make their own minds up about what they want I will not stop them from reading THE TRUTH!

It amazes me how people are so scared of THE TRUTH! If they are right and I am wrong then they have nothing to fear! If I am putting things on here that are not based on fact then they have nothing to fear!

Their reaction just confirms even more to me that they have things to hide and want covered up!

They don't like my posters and cards!!! I don't like them lying their fucking faces off and being CORRUPT! Would they prefer me to dress up in a Batman suit and start chaining myself to walls and storming into buildings? I don't think so!

If they did their fucking job properly I would not have to let people know about their lies and corruption! Am I wrong? Then fucking prove otherwise or shut the fuck up! What are they so scared of???

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-13872735
Not only are men taking the flack from David Cameron but now Michelle Obama weighs in and speaks out against domestic violence against women! FFS I think it is about time men started a suffragette movement themselves. As a victim of domestic abuse at the hands of my ex which LC2 would love me to just forget about and sweep under the carpet, again I find the speeches from these influential people completely stomach churning! Domestic violence should not happen FULL STOP but to make it a sex issue just pours oil onto an already burning fire. This world is getting more and more sexist by the day and the need for equality is even more necessary today than it was a a hundred or more years ago. Why the fuck can't people stop using sex as an issue and make it an even playing field for all.

Sick of this shit.

Tuesday June 21st

How times have changed! Not only with the country in general but also within the Conservative Party and it's leaders. Around the time I first started voting Margaret Thatcher was around. One of her famous speeches included the phrase "This lady is not for turning!" She made that speech at the Conservative party Conference in 1980.......Leap forward to 2011 and David Cameron is full of U-turns!

Apparently Mr Cameron has stated that the country wants a government that listens! Well let me make it clearer for Mr Cameron.

Start fucking listening to the thousands of families that the family law system is letting down on a daily basis! Start putting right the injustice of the family law system! Start redressing the balance of the family law system! Start giving dads an equal right in the lives of their children!

Is that clear enough Mr Cameron? Are you going to act on that or are you going to run and hide and go after absent fathers who don't give a shit about their children while those that do are punished? I used to have the utmost respect for this country. I used to have the utmost respect for the law. I used to defend the way things were done and run. Now as I have previously said, respect is earned not a given right and right now I have no respect for anything this country is doing. I have no respect for the government and I certainly have no respect for a law that is outdated and biased and used to betray the needs of our children.

I am sick and tired of hearing how this government are going to bring about changes and set up reviews and then make plans after spending £millions only to go back on those ideas and plans. When we are living in hard times why spend money on things that are not going to happen! This is just pure fucking craziness!

Mr Cameron you are acting like my ex wife. "Say It" "Do It" then "Oh fuck I changed my mind again and you are stuffed!"

According to the local media tonight, the future of Plymouth Argyle is a bit more secure following a meeting in London with the preferred bidders and the club's administrator. Time is ticking though and the season starts again in August. pre-season training starts shortly and the squad has already been shredded while those who remain have still not been paid properly. Hopefully this long drawn out saga will be coming to an end shortly.

Along with the long saga of getting out of the mire, I also face a countdown on whether or not I shall be renewing our season tickets. Fact is that there is no sign of my ex budging and seeing sense and it is looking more and more likely that in just over a month's time I shall be walking away from my children's lives for the time being and waiting until they are old enough to want to make contact and come to me. As I have stated numerous times before, although this will be a hard thing to do short term, in a number of years I will see the benefits as the girls read the court documents and turn on their mother. Something that is completely out of my hands. A few years of famine followed by many years of feasts!

Monday June 20th

Following on from Mr Cameron's stupidity yesterday whilst flicking through TV channels this evening I came across a char show "Loose Women" It airs usually mid-morning but I got a brief look at a repeat. They were discussing David Cameron's interview and the majority of them on the show were sticking up for the fathers and rightly pointing out the mothers in these cases! One of the women reported the fact that she knows a mother who had TWO CHILDREN by one partner left him and left him with the debts and did everything she could to stop him from seeing his children, not because he posed any threat but out of pure spite! Sound familiar? Did to me too! Surely these mothers do not do that then hide behind a corrupt family law system in this country! Do they?

YES THEY FUCKING WELL DO!

I wish I had watched the full article on the show but it was pure accident I found it at the time.

Ahhhhh today is the start of Wimbledon 2011. That means it must be raining then. Well here in Plymouth it has been raining on and off for a few days. To be fair we have had it pretty good so far. British hopes rest on Andy Murray. I wonder why so much money has been poured into British tennis over the past years and all we have to show for it is Andy Murray!! It's a bit like pouring millions into family law and all we get is crapcass! Oh fuck that is exactly what it is like. Britain really is up shit creek without a paddle.

Just for the record Andy Murray won his first round fairly comfortably after losing the first set. Final score 4-6 6-3 6-0 6-0.

Sunday June 19th Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all dads out there!

I am drinking my morning coffee out of my Father's Day gift that my girls gave me yesterday. very nice it tastes too. Not like the bitter taste of the past three years. Well OK not strictly true but you know what I mean. Shortly I will be going to crapcass to decorate their building as I have done on previous special dates. no doubt they will just remove the articles and carry on as corrupt and biased as usual in the morning.

The cause for fathers has not been helped today by an article in the Sunday Telegraph by the Prime Minister himself who states that absent fathers should be stigmatised just as drunk drivers are. What a fucking wasted opportunity. Yes I absolutely agree that absent fathers who do nothing and don't want to spend time with their children should be ashamed of themselves and dealt with accordingly. HOWEVER, I also believe that absent fathers who are kept from doing their duty as a father by a mother who lies and hides behind the corrupt family law system, should also be recognised and dealt with accordingly and given a chance to do what they have always wanted to. On Father's Day it is not very wise to slag off fathers. I bet bitter and twisted, lying and deceitful mums who hide behind the system and keep the fathers away from their children are not picked on next Mother's Day!

Do not fucking sit there in your cosy house with your lovely family knowing that there are thousands upon thousands of fathers fighting this corrupt and outdated system to be treated as equals in the lives of their children and then slag off absent fathers. Mr Cameron you just lost a lifelong Conservative. Yeah sure one vote won't make a difference to you. Then again it only takes one to start something!

For that reason alone I am naming David Cameron TWAT OF THE WEEK!

Having walked around Plymouth today and putting up my posters in protest at the corruption of crapcass outside their office, I headed for a number of solicitor's offices and even the court to post cards through the doors so they can get them tomorrow when they go into work. Then I remembered that earlier today The Race For Life event took place in Plymouth and a few other places up and down the country! A few other places had organised their Race For Life Events for other days. As a promoter of equality I am astounded that a WOMEN ONLY event was organised for FATHER'S DAY! There are how many Sundays in a year and yet FATHER'S DAY takes place on the same Sunday in June every year. It should not be too hard to organise a women's only event for a Sunday that is not specifically for DAD's. More proof that this world is definitely becoming sexist in favour of women and men are getting left behind. The Suffragettes have certainly got lot to fucking answer for.

Tonight's sky lantern for all fathers and children separated on FATHER'S DAY because of the injustice of the family law farce and corruption of judges, solicitors, crapcass workers and lying deceitful mothers who hide behind the flawed outdated system.
