Mixed day as far as sports go today. I woke up early enough to see the Grand Prix and cheer the British drivers on. As it turned out Vettel won for the second time and Button came in second. Hamilton ended up lower down the line after being hit from behind by Alonso and having a few more pit stops than he had wished for.
As for Arsenal. It seemed like busy as usual after a few poor results lately. It was good to see Jens Lehmann making a return to the goalkeeper position after leaving the club a couple of years ago but coming back to help out with the injury problems to the other goalkeepers. Actually the plan was for him to be substitute goalie but Almunia hurt himself during the warm up and Lehmann started in goal. Two goals in the space of a couple of minutes could have spelt a landslide for Blackpool but as it turned out Arsenal only added another after Blackpool had pulled one back. Final score Blackpool 1-3 Arsenal. The score keeps Arsenal in touching distance of Manchester United and they also have a game in hand.
