Tuesday June 7th

Wonder why we never hear of this in the media too much??? Funny how LC2 told me to "Forget about it as it was all in the past!" When I divulged I was assaulted on a number of occasions in front of my children. Funny how also an argument at my parent's home which was blown out of all proportion by LC2 is still the main factor why I cannot have overnight stays with my girls. So much for fairness and equality!

Monday June 6th

Today is the day my parents jet off to Brazil for a month. They are going over to visit my brother and his family and while they are over there they shall be attending my niece's wedding, my brother's silver wedding anniversary and i think at least two birthdays! It meant an early start today for them and by 10:00am they were on their way via a coach to Heathrow airport. Their flight does not actually take off until 21:50 tonight and so they will have already had a pretty long day before they even take off. They then have an 11 1/2 hour flight. Since leaving this morning I have had two calls from my mum and they seem to be enjoying their adventure already, give or take a few moments of embarrassment from my dad.

Despite the break in the weather yesterday with a few showers, it turned out gorgeous again today.

Sunday June 5th

So today is my birthday! Yesterday I got a cd and card from my two girls. There was also a card with money in from both my parents. I bought myself the caricature of the girls and frame which once I have completed revamping my bedroom I shall put up somewhere.

The glorious weather we have had for the past few days is having a little rest today and it has been steadily growing darker by the hour. A few showers have come and gone but a couple of promised heavy ones have not yet arrived. Hopefully tonight there will be a clear space so I can let my sky lantern off some time. If not I will keep this one I have until Father's Day which is just two weeks away.

It would appear that the latest "sexist" form of E.coli (it effects women more than men????) could now come from beansprouts! Right so it is not cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers or something else then! To be honest it seems that after the meat industry has had such a bad time over recent years that they are just naming each vegetable one by one to get their own back on vegetarians!

So with the weather taking a dip I have spent most of the day watching TV. I had asked my friends on Facebook NOT to post a Happy Birthday message this year. Instead if they wanted to show some loving all they had to do was post a photo of a sky lantern in recognition of the thousands of parents who are separated from their children on their birthday. LOADS have said Happy Birthday and a few will be letting lanterns off later. So as a joke I posted all the UK Number ones from the past 47 years.......Starting from 1964 with Cilla Black's "You're My World!" going right through the decades until reaching 2011 which will be posted shortly after the official chart is announced tonight at 7:00pm! To be honest my birthdays have been blessed with a lot of good songs. The most notable bad one came in 2005 with Crazy Frog!

As it is my birthday today I am not going to have too much court related shit anywhere. Although what I will say is.....I remember a conversation between my ex and me yesterday just as she was driving off after collecting the girls. I reminded her that my parents were away now for a month so the girls would not be seeing them for a while, then again they had not seen them for a almost a year apart from a few hours last week anyway! As she got in her car she said......."I don't know what is going on I have not been told anything!"

Don't know how to break it to her other than in the what I have said already........

It is not up to you to be told what is going on! It is up to you to tell your team what is going on! THEY WORK FOR YOU! (Including your crapcass buddy as everybody knows!)

Oh yeah, and thanks for allowing the girls to call me on my birthday! Oh wait they didn't!

Well I have just returned from lighting my lantern and I have to say, I thought that the last two were easy to light but this one took no effort. No rain and no wind and once I had lit the parts that needed to be lit I just let it go and it sat on the ground until it had built up enough heat and took off. For a while it just floated above my head but as it got higher it must have caught a slight breeze and headed off towards Plymouth Hoe.

Saturday June 4th

See common sense and compromise work a treat don't they? My ex met me at top of my road for 10:00hrs and I dropped the girls off where she wanted at 16:00. How hard was that? She sent the girls without any sunscreen or hats and my eldest who suffers from hay-fever and asthma had no medication with her. Given that the day was freaking hot and there would be a high pollen count that was a bit dumb.

First thing we did was go through all their Doctor Who cards which we are collecting. 3D ones are amazing that are used with webcams! After we did them we went into town and although the girls had their swimming costumes on in this heat and during half term trying to get into swimming without pre-booking would be close to impossible! I had noted that there was a fun day on The Hoe so we made for there. Stopping for a coffee and cake first at my usual place and then heading for Boots to spend £16 on sunscreen and hay-fever tablets!

We got to The Hoe and my eldest made for the mock rock climbing and did pretty well until the heat affected her hands and she sweated a bit so slipped but then she abseiled back down and found it great fun. Then we made for the big bouncy castle and inflatable slide which they both went on and had great time.

It is my birthday tomorrow and the girls had brought me a card and cd. Both calling me the World's Greatest or Bestest Dad! Which given the fact my ex has done everything in her power to stop the girls from seeing me or spending more than a few hours with me since last August would be a bit of a ironic point!

I had seen an artist on the Barbican who did caricatures and had thought if it was not too expensive I might get one done of the girls for my birthday. They sat still and quiet in the seat for about 15 minutes and we all love the resulting picture.

My eldest pointed out a picture of a Tudor Rose and even told me it was incorrect with it's colours. She told me she was studying the Tudors at school and went on to tell me about Henry and his wives, naming all of them. So as she was interested we walked to the Elizabethan Gardens and she wanted to take a few photos. She took a few notes too and asked if next week we could visit the Merchant's House and Elizabethan House so she could write and take photos and take into school. So that is next week sorted then! We then had a drink and walked around to MacDonald's and finished off by buying a nice frame for the picture which the two girls chose.

In the world of sport, England played Switzerland in a Euro 2012 qualifier at Wembley. The result was 2-2 and as an England supporter it was dire to say the least. Both sides could have won it and if it had been Switzerland I would not have been too surprised. To say I am not a Capello fan is a gross understatement and with England's failure in the last World Cup to see him still in his job is a bit of a sickener for me! Fortunately England remain top of their group because Montenegro could only muster a 1-1 draw against Bulgaria.

In the entertainment world it was a final of one of the so called talent shows. The one on ITV but I have never watched them and do not intend doing so, especially as some of the acts on these so called talent shows lack the prime ingredient "TALENT!" I have no idea who won although I could find out just by reading through a number of Facebook profiles as a few friends constantly update their statuses with what is going on! That too gets on my "moobs!" If I was interested in watching it or knowing who performed well or crap I would watch it instead of waiting for someone to update their Facebook status!

Friday June 3rd

Isn't it funny how crapcass can over elaborate on one event LAST YEAR and block normality returning to my children's lives and yet FAIL to report a number of incidents that have occurred in recent months in their home between their mother and her partner! No biased at all is there? There is no fucking way anyone can now convince me otherwise that crapcass are not a corrupt organisation working for their own agendas!

Think I may have to name and shame and take my chances in court! Guess we shall see at 10:00am tomorrow morning just how serious a mother my ex is or how much a liar she continues to be!

Abolish Parental Alienation! Petition
It is gone way past the time when this issue was settled to make BOTH PARENTS EQUAL! Enough of the mothers going crying to lawyers with a lying sob story just to spite their ex's! Time to put the needs and the wants of the children first. It is outrageous that in today's society some parents are treated like second rate citizens because of the lies of the other!

So good to see that money talks! The lure of £millions was obviously too good an opportunity to shelve the Bahrain Grand Prix! Dozens died a few months ago while holding pro-democracy protests and the Grand Prix was cancelled! Good to see that those deaths were not in vain then! Bernie Ecclestone is a fraction short of being TWAT OF THE WEEK!

Thursday June 2nd

If ever there was a clip that was appropriate for the stuff I hear from LC1 and LC2 and inside the family law courts!!!!!

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-13608396
So not only is the family law system sexist and in favour of women more than men, now this new strain of E.Coli is sexist too! Women more likely to get it then men?? Is there any hope for us guys when we cannot even contract an illness now?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-13623938
I know I should not laugh but.......And to think of those people that deserve to be buried alive!

On a much brighter note, I was privileged to be asked by the Band Master of The Japan Staff Band to take some photos of the band during their concert at the Salvation Army in Plymouth. They are in the UK doing a small tour along with a number of other bands and performing at The Royal Albert Hall at the weekend as part of a big Salvation Army Festival. Listening to band brought back a load of good memories for me. After printing a few photos of the band that I had taken during their march through the City Centre, I took them down to my parents and when I passed them on the Band Master asked me to go along to the evening concert and take photos for him. I took well over 100 photos and three movies on my camera of the band playing and put them onto a disc. I shall go and give it to him in the morning before the band leave for London.

Wednesday June 1st

Well it would seem that the BBC do not condone me calling Sepp Blatter and FIFA a corrupt organisation although they do condone someone else wishing Sepp Blatter dead! There is a fine organisation that exposes abuse and corruption in it's Panorama programmes and yet allows someone to wish Mr Blatter dead! NICE!

For the record this was my comment that got removed because of breaking BBC House Rules! Follow the link to read the other comments that the BBC do allow! The results may shock you.

"FIFA? More like FIFARCE! There is corruption right to the top and there is nothing anyone will ever do to stop this. You only have to look at the dubious decisions and refusal to move into the 21st century with technology and the way the World Cup bids were processed to see how bad it is, look at the France v Ireland match for more evidence! The English FA should break away from FIFA and set up a more transparent organisation and invite other members to join them. Let the corrupt ones play their own game! Time for Change everywhere!"

Not saying another thing about this article it speaks for itself!
