Queen's Speech 2012

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-18004852

Just got this from the BBC website. Looks promising if the Government actually keep their word it could be the result that families need most! In particular I note the text I have copied and pasted here.....

The government is also pressing ahead with controversial plans aimed at strengthening the rights of divorced fathers to see their children.
The Queen's Speech said: "Ministers intend to strengthen the law to ensure children have a relationship with both their parents after family separation, where that is safe, and in the child's best interests."

I have been waiting at last to hear that the law will be strengthened to ensure both parents have a strong relationship with their child/children when the parents divorce. When Fathers are paying, caring and at great cost going through the courts to have time with their children and Mothers seem to have the power to choose when and if this does not happen. This is disgraceful, Mothers seem to think they can play God instead of denying the Father time, it is so clearly denying the rights of a child to have both parents. Something has to be done to change this culture, and if this Bill will help Thank God!!!
