Friday May 6th

So I get a letter this morning from my solicitor saying that my ex is pregnant and therefore wants to get the case adjourned. Funny that! This is the woman who tells everyone that she does not want it to drag on anymore! This is the woman who pleaded with me when we split NOT TO HAVE ANOTHER CHILD WITH ANYONE ELSE! Lying piece of trash! How strange that she kept bumping into my mother for a few weeks looking bigger and yet told someone else that she was being treated for diabetes. And the lies just keep coming! What also strikes me is the fact that apparently (according to court documents produced in divorce and the residence hearings) she was not in a relationship until after July last year! Fucking quick getting pregnant then or is that just me being cynical? Sorry but any sympathy I have for her died the moment she aborted our last child!

I do wish her all the very best and of course I hope that her baby is very healthy but if she thinks she is going to use being pregnant to get out of or prolong the court case any longer then she has been severely misguided by those that have "Mishandled her case so badly" her words not mine!

Oh and the troll from crapcass also says that she feels the case should be brought to a conclusion apparently! Kiss my arse! It should never have been dragged out this long in the first fucking place should it? 

GLOVES ARE OFF!

Apparently the counting is still going on in relation to the Alternative Vote Referendum and even though it is early stages for the result of that indications show that the NO vote are running away with the votes needed. Maybe now so much money has been wasted on this pointless exercise the government will start to look at matters that really need looking at. Family Law being one of the top priorities! 

Thursday May 5th

So today is the day for voting here in the UK. For some of us we are voting for local councils and the Alternative Vote referendum. For others there are three votes. I had no qualms about going and making my vote count. I did have a brief discussion with a few smart looking people when I went to vote after one of them asked for my polling number and then when I handed them my card he stated that according to my number I was a "Special known voter!" What that means is still beyond me. Maybe because of my dissent against the system I am a marked man. Conspiracy theorists please feel free to drop me a line any time! As you can see in the photos above I made a new t-shirt which I shall adopt for when I do other things in the future! Will even think of wearing in court in a few weeks time! 

After making my votes for the local council and the AV referendum I headed for City centre and walked around in the bright, cloudy, warm, cold, dry wet weather. Actually I think the only thing we did not have here in Plymouth was snow apart from that we got it today! I headed for the Barbican and treated myself to a nice jumbo sausage and chips and then made for the Salvation Army hall where my parents would be. After walking home and not having time to have a cup of coffee, my mother came in and asked if I would walk her down to the polling station, dad did not feel up to it and decided to stay at home. He did say I could go and put his vote in for him but I told him if he had said so a bit earlier he could have let them know I was going in his place, you can do that up to 5.00pm on the day! So anyway I walked down again to the same polling station I had been six hours or so earlier with my feet already aching! On the way back as I was walking up the hill towards the house my knee locked and up to a few minutes ago it was still giving me a bit of agony! 

This evening on the BBC on Question Time they are taking up a lot of time talking about Osama Bin Laden and the rights and wrongs of his "execution!" To be honest there are pros and cons to both sides of the story as I have touched on already. Allegedly more "facts" are being released about the circumstances surrounding the assault that led to his death. Will we ever know the whole story? Probably not! 

By the way! It is now exactly one month before my birthday and I have asked all of my Facebook friends at least, not to post a birthday greeting on my profile page this year. Instead I would ask that you light a sky lantern wherever you are in the world at 9.00pm your time and then post it in recognition of those whose children have not been with them or sent cards for their birthdays. We shall also be organising something for Father's Day which is June 19th. YES I KNOW CRAPCASS READ THIS SO YOU KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT ON MONDAY 20TH DON'T YOU? Just saying! 

Wednesday May 4th

I noticed a particular foul stench as I was walking around Plymouth today. I wondered if crapcass were having a day out of their office to make the most of the nice weather. I am sure it was either them or a gas leak or maybe a sewage problem. Same difference really I suppose. 

Tuesday May 3rd

It is now less than a month until my case goes back to court! It is also just over a month before my birthday. What are the chances of an early birthday present? Yeah that's what I thought too! 

Had a lovely letter today addressed to my ex and me from Plymouth City Council! Yes you guessed it she has not informed the debt collectors of her new address and I am getting another letter from them! It's OK though I have sent them a nice little polite letter back and forwarded on theirs to my solicitor who can then forward it on to hers! maybe then she will let the debt collectors know where she lives so they do not keep sending threatening letters to my parents! Yes that is correct there is one for them too as my ex has given them my parents address! Maybe I should contact "Don't Get Done Get Dom!" 

So a month to go before case comes to court again and there is still no sign of the promise made to my mother by my ex about getting this all sorted out and back to normal! Still no sign of putting the "My solicitor has handled this so badly" story right! Come on people did you expect the LIAR to change her behaviour so close to court and actually do what was right for the children? Don't be daft.

So what else has been happening today? The news is rumbling about Bin Laden's demise as well as the many unanswered questions! Questions like.....How come he supposedly has been living so close to a Military base in Pakistan for about 6 years and nobody knew he was there? Why were the Pakistan government not involved in the operation? If he has been living in Pakistan for 6 years and not in Afghanistan as was originally one of the reasons we have multi-national armed forces there does it mean that operation will now come to an end? If it was Bin Laden why has there been no proof his body was laid to rest at sea? When will there be a movie made about the operation and who will be in it?

         

                                     

               

I have had two phone calls today from members of the Labour Party asking "ME" about my vote on Thursday! I don't think I will actually be voting for the local council elections this time around! I made it clear that unless I see a distinct change in any party with regards to the rights of fathers I shall not be voting. Besides none of the political parties here in Plymouth have done a very good job of running the City lately. For years now it has been known that if it were a business Plymouth would be bankrupt! No wonder the football club and airport are in financial troubles! At the moment we have a Conservative council that wanted the England World Cup bid to succeed so much because it would have probably meant World Cup matches being played at Home Park, BUT would not allow any football to be shown on the giant screen in the centre of of the city because it feared crowd trouble! Want me to go on about the local services such as housing, social workers, traffic control, rubbish collections. Let's face it the only good department in Plymouth City Council is the parks department. You only have to look at the gorgeous display on The Hoe to see how hard those guys work! Such a shame they seem to be the only group who do!

Monday May 2nd

So it is not to be after all! Plymouth Argyle will be relegated this season into League Two. I heard it said today that the table does not lie. Fact is that the table does lie. On the pitch Argyle did enough to stay up. It was the deduction of 10 points by the Football League earlier this season due to Argyle going into administration that made all the difference. It is the law of the game. Whether it is fair or not is a different matter. Then again when has law and fairness been seen to be together?? Family law and fairness certainly does not co-exist and now it is evident that Football laws and fairness do not exist either. Surely there is a better way to handle such problems in the game that do not threaten a club's future. 

Arriving at the ground today the atmosphere was electric. It has to be close if not more to the biggest crowd of the season. Southampton themselves had over 2500 fans. The match was going quite good until the referee failed to spot one or two dubious challenges from Southampton including one which led to their first goal! The writing was then on the wall as the players seemed to realise it was all over! 1-0 to the referee! In the second half it went from bad to worse when Southampton scored two more. In the dying moments Argyle pulled one back, but even then the players did not celebrate as much as the crowd did. A few minor scuffles and pitch invasions marred the match too with fans from both sides letting themselves down. Although the first came directly after the referee's big mistake in the first half. He was booed rather loudly off at half time and seemed to goad the fans by taking a step back on his way off and then continuing his escorted march off for his cup of tea and to pick up the brown envelope that the Football League or Southampton team had left for him! The reception of "CHEAT CHEAT CHEAT!" as he made his way back on to the pitch to start the second half must have got to him as he almost immediately gave a good decision to Argyle seconds after the match restarted. Just a shame the resulting free kick didn't come to anything. In the end it was Argyle 1-3 Southampton and the referee. 

The result condemns Plymouth to the lower league for the first time in ten years and also means that barring a monumental goal-fest against them in their last game, Southampton will be promoted back to the Championship! At the end of the game there was still a fairly full stadium unlike many other home games this season and despite knowing Argyle were relegated, the players were cheered and clapped off the pitch and as usual a number of them clapped the fans back. As I stood there clapping them off, I was interviewed by a chap from Radio Devon. He asked me how I felt, to which I replied, "GUTTED! I really thought we could get the result we wanted and be able to stay up but it wasn't to be. I guess the song The Only Way Is Up springs to mind. We will bounce back!"

In other news and perhaps more important than Argyle's plight! The media is full of the news that overnight, a team of American service personnel tracked down and killed Osama Bin Laden. It was quite a bit of a shock to wake up to. Is this the beginning of the end for Muslim extremists or will there be serious terrorist reprisals? we wait to see. According to reports he was killed in a gunfight and his body taken to a U.S. aircraft carrier and later buried at sea. All in less than 24 hours! The fact that he was found very close to a high security military base in Pakistan also leads to more questions about how much help he has been given by the Pakistan government and security forces themselves. Another song springs to mind, "There Are More Questions Than Answers!" 

Sunday May 1st

There is a famous phrase or two that spring to mind today! "It ain't over till it's over!" AND "It ain't over till the fat lady sings!" I am not even sure that the fat twat from crapcass has a singing voice to be honest but the fact is no fat lady is singing and it certainly ain't over yet as far as the Premiership title goes. Arsenal hosted would be champions Manchester United this afternoon and before half time should have been awarded a penalty and should have seen the visitors down to 10 men. Unfortunately the only person who failed to realise that was in fact the referee! Surprise surprise! Aaron Ramsey managed to put Arsenal ahead with the opening and as it turned out the only goal of the game. That started the Manchester United onslaught and Arsenal were lucky to hold on to their lead and take the three points. So all is still to play for and if Chelsea manage to beat Manchester United next week it means that all is still to play for. I think I predicted very early on in the season that it would go all the way to the final game of the season and I could be right. Then again I am right in a lot of things, just a shame nobody believes me! 

This evening for the first time in a very long time I flicked through the channels on the TV and found myself watching Songs Of Praise on BBC ONE. It is a very long time since I can honestly say I have felt in the least bit religious. I think God and I have a number of differences that we need to settle before I can open that door again. Never say never though as the football result proves! Of course there was reference to the big event that took place last week in London, but it was a reading from a bible that caught my attention. There was also a hymn that they sung that I had when I got married. Together with the bible reading i kind of started thinking of things that have happened in my life. 

The hymn was "Love Divine" and the bible reading was 1 Corinthians Chapter 13 which is widely known as "The Love Chapter." It happens to be my favourite chapter of the bible and I have often used it in the past when I wore a certain uniform and conducted meetings. I also adapted it to make a song which a good friend of mine added music to. The chapter itself shows the perfect description of love. 

The fact is that as humans we can have any skill or ability we could wish for but without love it is all worthless.  In fact without love we have absolutely nothing. 

So what is love? As the verses say....

Even if we are not religious, the definition of love cannot be explained any better than this. It is very clear to see that those employed in the family law system have not read their bibles very well! Then again this also applies to certain people in my life and my children's!! 

Saturday April 30th

Just a thought. If people are attempting to arrest judges for a number of offences that they deem these judges may have committed, does that mean if a judge orders that a hearing must be heard in one location and yet it is moved back to where he sits, is that a case of contempt? Just saying!!!!!

So today's early kick off in the Devon Derby looked to effect the Argyle team more than the Exeter City side. After all, travelling could not be used as an excuse could it? Exeter City took all three points to dent Argyle's survival chances. The result means that with two games to go Argyle MUST win both matches. The positive thing in this is that the last two matches are at home. Monday sees the reverse fixture of the first game of the season where Argyle beat Southampton and then next Saturday the final game of the season at Home Park is against Leyton Orient. Let's hope the crowd turn up for these last two crucial matches and get behind the team. It really is do or die time!
