The bleak truth! Bit of an understatement there I think! Nothing that we don't already know from other press reports regarding the recent report damning the family law system but hey here is another perspective. How many more items must we read and how many more petitions must we sign until the system is out right and it is fair for everyone.

It is sad that tonight we hear of another large earthquake in Japan with the threat of another tsunami so close after the last one claimed the lives of so many and the ongoing threat of a nuclear disaster.

We also see tonight that 13 people are dead following a shooting spree by a man at a school in Brazil.

A NATO air strike has killed a number of innocent people and rebels opposed to the Gaddafi regime.

And now for the twats of the week award.

This shows that the system is corrupt and in footballing terms..............."They don't know what they're doing!" I am aware this evening that a young child is in serious risk of harm from his mother and yet the local social services, even though they admit the child is at risk seem unable to prevent the mother from gaining access to the child. Here in Plymouth the twat at crapcass can stop my children from access to their father for no justifiable reason and yet in another part of the country a social services department are about to put the life of a young boy at risk. Do not tell me I am wrong to be fucking angry with this unjust and corrupt system and do not tell me I am wrong to call for change! This is even more proof of the system being run by incompetent twats!

Parents know the system does not work, the judges know the system does not work, the solicitors know the system does not work and the other agencies just bury their heads in the sand and see how much they can make out of the system but they fucking know the system does not work it just lines their pockets! How hard is it to hold up your hands and say the system is broke and needs fixing?????

Meanwhile in the rest of the news, Portugal now admit to being in the same position as Greece and Ireland and are now asking for a financial bail out from Europe.

Gaddafi has written a letter asking the U.S. president to stop bombing his country! Actually I worry about the situation in Libya as if it gets any worse and Gaddafi does have to step down and go into exile I have a feeling crapcass could have a vacancy for him!

In sport tonight Chelsea lost 0-1 at home to Manchester United in the Champions League Quarter Final 1st leg. To be fair I would not have cheered Manchester United on anyway but I could not help feeling that the referee was out of his depth certainly towards the end of the match. There was a clear penalty missed not only by the referee but the extra official who must have certainly seen very clearly what happened. Oh well, we have a chant in football aimed at referees when they get things wrong....I wonder how it will be received in May in court when I chant to the judge "You don't know what you're doing! You don't know what you're doing!"

Speaking of the court case, I sent my solicitor an email today as it has been quite a few weeks since I last sent one and still not had a reply! Wakey wakey! I outlined my concerns regarding the fact my mum has been approached by my ex-wife a few times now in a shop and told that the ex was going to her solicitor to "Get things sorted as it has gone on too long and the children are the ones who are really suffering!"

As I write this I am waiting for the Midweek lottery result! I know exactly where my ticket is tonight! I say this because it is confirmed that a winner of the UK Millionaire draw from a Euromillions lottery draw back in January comes from Plymouth but that they may not know that they have won! I have been turning everything upside down looking for old tickets and even looking through my paper shredder but as yet I have not found any of the old tickets!

Tuesday April 5th

We now have a parallel campaign going. Trying to maintain a sense of humour with everything else that is happening I have started the Abolish Cafcass petition and running in tandem with this I have also jokingly set up a "Save The Bear! campaign. The idea is that if we get 1000 signatures by Sunday the praying bear is safe! Otherwise THE BEAR GETS IT! It's a little bit of fun really to balance the serious nature of the petition to get crapcass abolished.

Plymouth Argyle may have found a buyer according to reports in the local media. Although James Brent readily admits he is not a football fan. Tonight it is also reported that a rival bid is likely to be made by a Surrey businessman. Watching Mr Brent on the local news he sounds like he could be just what the club needs. We keep our fingers crossed. While the news is a bit more positive off the pitch, the team travelled to Leyton Orient for a vital game which comes after a two week break. As it happens the break did not do the players much good as they lost 2-0 with both goals scored in the first 15 minutes. The result keeps Argyle rooted firmly to the bottom of the league after the deduction of 10 points by the Football League!

Some times you just have to do what is right. So I set up this petition on Mother's Day to highlight the injustice of the family law system. It does not take the needs of the children or parents into account. Those in crapcass work to deadlines and for their own agendas, often to benefit one or other parent and not for the purpose they were set up for. Oh wait, then again we already know the organisation is "NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!" 

I used to champion organisations and will continue to do so if they do the job they are set up to do and stick to their agendas rather than encourage their employees to enhance their careers. I have no qualms about sticking up for social workers who as a last resort must take a child from it's parents for the safety of that child. I will vehemently stand up against ANYONE who betrays the trust or harms a child they are supposed to be caring for. However, I will never stand up and support an organisation that breeds hatred and contempt and whose employees lie to further their own career or work record and do not work in the interests of a child and, as has been my own experience, has only worked to better the case against the absent parent. Time for change! 

Given the fact that on Valentine's Day I placed a poster of the United Parents Society logo on the door of the crpacass office and it was there until I emailed them to bring their attention and thanking them for supporting the group that were working for their abolition, I took a walk up to the office again this afternoon after I had placed the poster and a statement and also a copy of the recent report condemning crapcass by the government's own review. I noticed a couple of people standing outside but they had removed the stuff I had stuck on their door already. As I walked past I was on the phone expecting to report that the things were still in place and I kind of raised my voice. Pulling a face as if I was standing in a lift when someone had broke wind I said into the phone "Oh my god there is a nasty smell here. Oh no it's ok I just walked past crapcass! That explains that stink! Smells like......CORRUPTION!" 

........And finally as if you didn't already think that we lived in a world of contradiction (where have you been?) First of all we have the family law system which I am sick and tired of talking about and the fact that the people within it continuously contradict themselves, from judges, cafcass workers and solicitors (best not mention the ex!) We have the government now offering "EQUALITY for parental leave at the birth of a baby with up to 6 months for each parent! Then we see the contradiction if the inequality of a family break-up where one parent (usually the father) is denied equality! 

The armed forces today faced up to the cuts that the recent review report advised the government with 1000s from the army, navy and air force being prepared for being made redundant. On the same day we hear about more deployments to the seas off Libya due the conflict there!

In football the FA are so strongly behind their RESPECT campaign with advertising and warnings of more discipline against match officials etc on and off the pitch. Then we see that following Wayne Rooney's foul mouthed tirade at the live TV cameras at the weekend he faces a "TWO MATCH" suspension! Yep that sure teaches the fans "RESPECT!" 

Sunday April 3rd

As it is Mother's Day here in the UK I would like to take a few moments to wish all the mothers out there a very Happy Mother's Day............!

Given that today is Mother's Day here in the UK I thought it would be a timely reminder to the local crapcass staff of the damage they have done with their corruption. So I went along and stuck a United Parents Society poster, a copy of the recent report damning the organisation and recommending that it be abolished, just in case they had not had a chance to see it before, and a simple message that I also posted on my Facebook page this morning.....

The United Parent’s Society is thinking especially of the mothers separated from their children because of the corruption of the family law system. Put the needs of the children first instead of your careers!

Together We Can Make A Difference!

As they did not actually remove my last poster until late the next day, and even then only after I had emailed them from outside their office and watched two of their staff smoking as I took photos of it still on their door, I wonder if they will leave these there as long tomorrow when they get back to work! Perhaps I should go early in the morning with my camera or take a walk over there in the afternoon to see if they are all in place still!  

You would have thought that as my ex has "bumped" into my mother a few times recently and told her how she was going to her solicitor to "sort things out" that she would have made the effort to get the children to come and see her on Mother's Day, or at the very least send a card and or gifts. After all, it is not as if she does not know where my parents live, we see her drive past the window often enough and have also seen her look up a few times. I can only assume that her words to my mother about getting things sorted were just more lies and to be honest I expected nothing more from her than lies! 

Tonight parents will once again be lighting sky lanterns for the children they will not be with today and we especially think of the mothers who are separated from their children because of this corrupt system. Things need to change fast so that this does not have to be repeated next year! 

We only wish that the government would seize this opportunity now, given the recent report, to do what is right and put the needs of the children first for once instead of allowing corrupt organisations such as crapcass to carry on doing the damage that they do. We live in hope that this hell will end soon. We pride ourselves in sending soldiers to countries that are not our concern and put servicemen's lives on the line in the name of freedom  and justice and yet we treat our own children and parents with complete contempt! Time to put our own house in order before telling others how to do theirs!

Friday April 1st

Good news for Cafcass! I have decided to let you get on with what you have been doing and will no longer be against any of your work! Hahahaha FUCK OFF it's April Fool's Day and I am not going to rest until you are extinct!


Most of the morning was spent waiting for furniture to be delivered and then moving everything around to get it to fit in to the front room. Trying to convince my mother about the noble art of compromising with my dad and slowly having my moobs thoroughly pissed off. Eventually though we found a solution to it all and now the front room is completely finished.

I eventually managed to get out in the late afternoon but by then I was so knackered I only got as far as the corner shop for my Euromillions lottery ticket and then headed straight back home again.

The evening was spent watching BBC 4's Top of The Pops Night which bought back many musical memories both good and bad!
